Thank you for visiting the Guam WIC Program Participant Portal. You can begin the application for you and/or your children for WIC services here. After you complete the pre-application process through the Participant Portal, the WIC Clinic will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Who is eligible to apply for and receive WIC benefits?

  • Pregnant women
  • Women who have delivered a child within the last six months
  • Breastfeeding women who have delivered a child within the last year
  • Infants and children under five years old, including foster children

I am pregnant and the Participant Portal seems to only ask for information on a child. What should I do?

You will need to enter your information as both the “Authorized Representative” for the family and as a “Family Member.”

Why do I need to have a Google or Facebook account?

Your existing Google or Facebook account is used to access the portal, so you don’t have to create a new account. It also improves the safety of your information on the site since the login information is not stored.

Are you having Facebook login Issues?

You may not be able to login into the WIC Participant Portal using your Facebook account for one or more of these reasons:

  • When your Facebook account was initially created using a phone number, you did not add an email address to your Facebook account. Please login to your Facebook account and check Settings>>Account Settings>>Personal Information>>Contact Info and ensure that you have an email account added. Also check whether “Who can see this email address” option is marked as “Everyone”.
  • The email address associated with your Facebook account is set to private. Please change your email address to be set as public (everyone).
  • You may be using a new Facebook account to log in to the WIC Participant Portal that was setup with an email address that has not been verified. You will need to find the email sent to you and verify the email address associated to your Facebook account.
  • Your Facebook account security is too restricted and does not grant permission to third-party Apps and websites. Check Settings>>Apps and Websites. It should list the WIC Participant Portal as one of the Apps having permission to your Facebook Account. Click on View and Edit hyperlink to see the Authorized permissions to that App.

What browsers can I use?

It is best to use Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. If you are experiencing issues with the site, please update your browser to the latest version. If you are still having trouble, please call your local WIC Clinic or the State WIC Office to schedule an appointment. Find a WIC Clinic near you at the following link:

  • Proof of identity for each family member applying
  • Proof of income
  • Proof of residence
  • Your children’s vaccination records

What kind of files can be uploaded?

The portal only accepts image files. The file extension can be a .png, .jpg, .jpeg or .pdf. If you have a document with a different extension (.doc), there are several ways to get it to an acceptable format. Please try the following options:

  • Open the file and take a screen shot
  • “Save as” one of the file types noted above
  • “Export” to one of the file types noted above

Why can't the portal upload my image?

Most issues can be resolved by simply trying again. If it fails the second time, try some of the following steps:

  • Try a different web browser, such as Chrome or Firefox
  • Update your browser to the most recent version
  • Check the size of the file you’re trying to upload. The size should be between 30KB and 10MB
  • End or pause any activities on your network that might be consuming a lot of bandwidth
  • Check your internet connectivity or phone service
  • If you continue to have trouble uploading your documents, you can bring them with you to your scheduled appointment at the WIC Clinic.

How are the documents stored and for how long?

Documents uploaded via the portal are secured using encryption. This process protects the file when it’s being uploaded and when it is stored. The documents are normally deleted from the WIC Participant Portal by the WIC Clinic after they have reviewed them. If they are not deleted by the WIC Clinic, the system will automatically delete them from the Participant Portal after 90 days from the date they were uploaded.
