Hagåtña, Guam – Following the recent reopening of the federal government, the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS) Women, Infant and Children (WIC) Program announces the lifting of Least Expensive Brand (LEB) measure, effective on Wednesday,
November 19, 2025.
To make shopping easier, WIC participants are encouraged to use the ezWIC App to scan food items in stores to confirm if they are approved and eligible for redemption.
