This Privacy Policy describes how the Guam Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) collects, uses, and protects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Guam WIC website.
WIC Eligibility Assessment for New Users
When using Guam WIC, you may be asked to provide information about where you live, participation in other government programs, household income, and family composition to determine whether you and/or your family qualify for WIC services. The information provided may also be used to ensure that appropriate nutritional benefits are issued to eligible WIC participants.
Information collected during the WIC eligibility assessment will not be shared with outside entities. A Guam WIC clinic representative may contact you to request additional information or to schedule an appointment.
Existing Users
Existing Guam WIC users may review upcoming appointment information (if applicable) and submit information to help determine whether they and/or their family continue to qualify for WIC services. The information provided may also be used to ensure appropriate nutritional benefits are issued to eligible participants. Information uploaded to the website will not be shared with outside entities.
Sign In with Facebook or Google
You may create a Guam WIC account by signing in with either your Facebook or Google account. Guam WIC collects only the email address associated with your Facebook or Google account for the purpose of creating your Guam WIC account.
Guam WIC does not save, use, or update any additional information linked to your Facebook or Google account. The Guam WIC Program does not share any information you provide through Guam WIC with Facebook or Google and will not share your Facebook or Google email address with any other entities.
Data Processing
The Guam WIC Program collects and processes caregiver and family information, including first name, last name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and residency information, solely to determine eligibility for participation in the Guam WIC Program.
